What Happy Couples Are Saying!
From our first meeting, my husband and I knew that Rabbi Silverman was perfect for our officiant for our interfaith wedding in Boca Raton. He is understanding, kind and takes both the bride and the groom’s input into consideration, in addition to any special wishes by family members. The highlight of his officiating was that he always kept the focus on what the bride and groom want. The ceremony was so beautiful and we received more compliments on Rabbi Silverman than almost any other part of the wedding. My husband’s Jewish family members loved him very much, myCatholic family members loved him, but most importantly, my husband and I felt 120% comfortable with him. Thank you, Rabbi Silverman!
I remember how incredibly nervous I was planning a destination wedding. How would an officiant truly capture our relationship during the ceremony if he really didn’t “know” us? My fiance and I had been together for 10+ years, and I wanted to make sure someone could portray that love across in an authentic way.
Fast forward to 2 weeks post wedding and I could not be happier to have been introduced to Rabbi Silverman. He was warm, honest, funny and organized. He showed up for the rehearsal dinner, handled our rowdy group with charm and wit, and brought to life a beautiful ceremony on the sandy beaches of Naples, Florida. We are truly thankful that he was recommended to us, and would highly recommend him to anyone looking!
We can not thank Rabbi Silverman enough for all that he did to help make our day as special and memorable as it was. We had originally planned a wedding at a Venue but due to the Covid-19 situation we had to cancel. From the first time we met Rabbi Silverman in person we kibitzed for hours as we learned about each other and immediately knew he was the right Rabbi for us. He made himself available to us with incredibly flexible hours and communicated with us regularly. We felt very comfortable giving him a call with any question at all.
When we decided to cancel our venue, we called Rabbi Silverman to talk through our thoughts of the possibility of doing a virtual wedding. He thought it was a great idea and researched the state laws around it and came up with the perfect solution to where we met in person in limited numbers to officially sign out ketubah and marriage license and then perform the ceremony later that day online for our family and friends.
Rabbi Silverman is like a mobile Judaic Shop, our real Ketubah ended up not arriving on time and Rabbi Silverman had it all, a Ketubah for us to sign on our day as well as Kepot, Pens, Kiddish Cup, Wine, and the glass to step on under the chuppah….you name it, you forgot it, he has it.
Rabbi Silverman made our night so beautiful, we are still hearing from our guests what an incredible ceremony we had! He was with us every step of the way, working with us on our interfaith ceremony that would make everyone feel included.
He made sure we were happy with what was spoken and touched on, and made us feel comfortable that all of our families and guests would feel the love that we felt! I realized two days before the wedding that i forgot to order a ketubah, but Rabbi Silverman luckily had a spare for us to sign the night of. he made our guests laugh and cry, and we couldn’t be happier with his services!
Rabbi Silverman and Bishop Gallant gave my husband and I the most perfect interfaith wedding ceremony we could have dreamed of. I am Catholic and my husband is Jewish, and our ceremony brought the two religions together beautifully while maintaining a sense of uniqueness and intimacy that all of our guests remarked about all evening!
Rabbi Silverman was so easy to work with, and he and Bishop Gallant met with my husband and I (as well as our parents) several times until we were all pleased with every aspect of the ceremony. I feel so blessed that we met Rabbi Silverman and had the honor of being married by him!!
