A major aspect of bridal showers is opening gifts guests provide to help the couple start their lives together. This can still be done virtually! Set up your registry so the gifts ship directly to your home, and open them on camera so all can enjoy. This is easier for all involved– no one has to haul the gift anywhere, as it’s delivered right to your door.
Walk down memory lane
Give guests the option of sending in photos with the bride and groom. Guests can tell little stories about how they know the couple, and everyone can enjoy a blast from the past.
Have themed games
What’s a bridal shower without some cute games? These games can be just about anything you can come up with– bingo, a multiple choice quiz about the couple, a game where the couple has to figure out how everyone knows one another. Get creative, and start having fun.
Host a micro-shower with bridesmaids
If you want a physical event, keep it small with just the bridesmaids. You and your group can come together for all the fun of a bridal shower on a smaller, safer scale that will allow all to properly socially distance. You could even have this event directly after your shower to keep the fun going all day.
